Licensing
Covenant Benefit Group, LLC is a licensed independent insurance brokerage. We are currently appointed in Florida and are expanding our licensing footprint. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) for information on all of your options.
No carrier endorsement
Carrier names and logos referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Enrollment in any plan is subject to that carrier's eligibility rules.
